Formación

• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role, preferably in arts & entertainment.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and execute diverse events, including festivals, exhibitions, product launches, and corporate gatherings within the Arts & Entertainment domain.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and accurate financial tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, artists, and performers to secure services and manage logistics.
• Develop event timelines, floor plans, and staffing schedules.
• Oversee on-site event setup, operations, and breakdown, ensuring smooth execution and attendee satisfaction.
• Liaise with marketing teams to develop and implement promotional strategies for events.
