Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Event Planner in catering/hospitality.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong creativity and keen eye for detail in design and execution.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with event planning software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Passion for food and hospitality; Mossel Bay familiarity is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand event requirements, budget, and vision.
• Develop creative event concepts, themes, and décor proposals.
• Plan and manage all logistical aspects including venue, catering, staffing, and entertainment.
