Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in project management within commercial construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale construction projects concurrently.
• Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the construction project lifecycle from planning to handover.
• Develop and manage detailed schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers and regulators for alignment and compliance.
• Manage on-site operations including contractor coordination, progress monitoring, and quality control.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks with contingency plans.
• Ensure site activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
