The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, with 6+ years of experience, strong budgeting and leadership skills, and a collaborative approach to risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of proven experience in project management within the commercial construction sector.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the construction project lifecycle from planning to handover.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with timelines, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Enforce health and safety protocols on all construction sites.
• Manage project risks and implement timely solutions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings with reports to senior management.
