Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in project management within commercial construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale construction projects concurrently.
• Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and financial management.

Responsabilités

About the Role

Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead their commercial development projects in Cape Town. You will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring successful delivery through effective resource management, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the construction project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to final handover.
