Placements24 is seeking an experienced Construction Planner/Scheduler for projects in the Northern Cape, near Upington. You will develop, maintain, and monitor detailed schedules, ensuring timely project execution and alignment with contractual requirements.

The role requires strong planning software skills and an ability to manage critical paths and resources. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering and 4–6 years of scheduling experience, with proficiency

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain master project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Define scope, activities, durations, and dependencies for scheduling.
• Analyze critical paths and resource loading to optimize timelines.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather inputs and updates.
• Monitor progress against baselines and prepare reports.
• Develop mitigation plans for delays and risks.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for coordination.
