Placements24 is seeking an accomplished Construction Contracts Manager to oversee contractual aspects of major projects in Upington, Northern Cape. You will draft, negotiate, and manage complex contracts, ensuring compliance and protecting company interests.

This senior role requires strong negotiation skills and a strategic approach to contract administration. You will collaborate with legal, project teams, and procurement to drive successful outcomes, manage disputes, and supervise tendering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Law, Construction, Engineering).
• 10+ years of experience in construction contract management and negotiation.
• Deep knowledge of SA contract forms (JBCC, FIDIC, NEC) and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements.
• Manage the lifecycle of contracts from procurement to close-out.
• Advise on rights, obligations, and risks to project teams.
