Placements24 is seeking a Senior Construction Planner in Mahikeng, North West. You will develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, create integrated master plans, and forecast delays to keep projects on time and within budget.

Expertise in Primavera P6 or MS Project and strong analytical skills are essential. The role is hybrid, balancing on-site and remote work with collaboration across project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling tools.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing and lead times.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret complex project data.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement and manage detailed construction project schedules.
• Create baseline schedules, monitor progress and identify deviations.
• Analyze critical paths and potential risks affecting timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and site teams for schedule updates.
• Prepare regular schedule progress reports and forecasts with look-ahead plans.
• Ensure schedules comply with contractual requirements and milestones.
