Placements24 is seeking a skilled Construction Planner in Upington, Northern Cape. The role focuses on developing and managing detailed project schedules, coordinating with PMs, engineers, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction methods, robust planning software experience, and the ability to proactively resolve scheduling challenges, contributing to on-time, on-budget project completion.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as Construction Planner or Scheduler in construction.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction project schedules using planning software.
• Collaborate with project teams to define project scope, phases, deliverables, and timelines.
• Identify critical path activities and potential scheduling conflicts or delays.
• Monitor progress against baseline schedule and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports with forecasts.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Conduct constructability reviews and input on planning and sequencing.
• Manage resource allocation and utilization within the schedule.
• Assist in developing bid proposals with scheduling information.
