• Proven experience as a Claims Handler, preferably within personal lines insurance.
• Strong understanding of personal insurance products and claims processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using claims management software and standard office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.

• Receive, register, and manage personal lines insurance claims from initial notification to final settlement.
