Ditto in Cape Town is seeking an Account Manager to own relationships with an established portfolio of recruitment agency clients. You’ll work with management and our support, training, and technical teams to ensure value and retention.

You’ll coordinate onboarding, identify upsell opportunities, manage renewals and maintain CRM records. The role requires quarterly travel within South Africa and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to keep clients engaged and successful.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of B2B account management or customer success experience.
• Experience in SaaS or software is preferred.
• Recruitment industry experience is a bonus.
• Strong relationship skills and the confidence to handle unhappy clients, cancellation conversations and payment follow-ups.
• Ability to manage a large portfolio and make sensible time decisions.

Aufgaben

• Own your client relationships. Build trust with key contacts and maintain a regular check-in schedule based on each account’s needs, value and risk.
• Keep clients getting value from Ditto. Monitor usage and coordinate guidance or training as needed.
• Stay ahead of risk. Identify accounts at risk and address concerns before they leave.
• Coordinate onboarding for new clients and ensure go-live plans, migration, setup and training.
• Lead renewals and pricing conversations using approved pricing and escalate exceptions when needed.
• Spot growth opportunities for upgrades or additional products and hand them over for closing.
• Maintain clear CRM notes, commitments and weekly account reports.
