Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of B2B account management or customer success experience.
• Experience in SaaS or software is preferred; recruitment industry is a bonus.
• Strong relationship skills and the confidence to handle unhappy clients, cancellations and follow-ups.
• Ability to manage a large portfolio and allocate time where needed most.
• Willingness to travel within South Africa approximately once per quarter.

• Own your client relationships and build trust with key contacts.
• Keep clients getting value by monitoring usage and coordinating guidance or training.
• Stay ahead of risk by identifying at-risk accounts and addressing concerns.
• Coordinate onboarding for new clients and migrations with relevant teams.
• Lead renewals and pricing conversations using approved pricing.
• Spot growth opportunities for upgrades or additional products and hand over for closing.
• Maintain clear CRM notes and provide a weekly account report.
