Placements24 is seeking a Banquet & Events Coordinator to manage planning and execution of events at Randburg venues. The role blends administrative tasks with high-level client liaison and coordination across departments in a hybrid planning-to-onsite environment.

You will interact with clients, prepare proposals and contracts, coordinate with F&B/AV, oversee setups, and manage timelines to ensure seamless guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in event coordination, banquet management, or similar hospitality role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a client-centric approach.
• Proficiency with event management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to manage budgets and ensure profitability of events.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by events.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to event inquiries with detailed venue and catering information.
• Prepare customized event proposals, contracts, and floor plans.
• Coordinate with F&B, AV, and other departments to meet event requirements.
• Serve as the main client contact before and during events.
