Placements24 is seeking a driven B2B Sales Specialist to cover the Benoni, Gauteng region and the broader East Rand. The role focuses on identifying and acquiring new business clients, presenting tailored solutions, and managing the sales pipeline in a hybrid work model.

You will develop strategies, negotiate terms, and maintain client relationships to drive growth and achieve targets across corporate accounts in Benoni and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
• Willingness to travel within the Gauteng East Rand region.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and opportunities within the Benoni and surrounding Gauteng East Rand areas.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales quotas.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target businesses.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and propose appropriate solutions.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
