Placements24 is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to optimize and innovate manufacturing processes in a hybrid environment. You will implement new technologies, collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams, and drive improvements for efficiency and product quality.

The role requires a strong engineering background, problem-solving passion, and experience with modern manufacturing techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering with process optimization and new technologies implementation.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, materials science, and production methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify improvements and implement optimization strategies.
• Research, evaluate, and implement new manufacturing technologies and methodologies.
• Develop and refine SOPs and best practices for manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with design and R&D teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
• Design and conduct experiments to test and validate process improvements.
• Develop process documentation including flowcharts, PFMEAs, and control plans.
• Work with automation and controls teams to integrate new technologies into production.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Participate in project management for new equipment installations and process upgrades.
