Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on manufacturing or process engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Understanding of manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, injection molding, or assembly automation.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and implement mechanical systems and equipment for advanced manufacturing processes.
• Create detailed CAD models and technical drawings for tooling, fixtures, and machinery components.
• Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues on the production floor and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams on development of new products and manufacturing techniques.
• Research and evaluate new manufacturing technologies and equipment.
• Ensure designs comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, including process manuals and maintenance procedures.
