The ideal candidate has 5+ years of manufacturing experience, strong skills in Aspen Plus or Arena, and excellent remote collaboration and communication abilities to work with diverse on-site teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering required.
• 5+ years of experience as a Process Engineer in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with process simulation software (Aspen Plus, Arena) and statistical tools.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting and manage projects.
• Excellent communication for virtual collaboration with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify efficiency, quality, and cost improvements.
• Develop and implement process designs, modifications, and controls using simulation and modeling.
• Troubleshoot remotely and provide technical solutions to on-site teams.
• Conduct feasibility studies and pilot projects for new technologies.
• Document procedures, specifications and training materials for knowledge transfer.
