Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Expertise in process optimization, SPC, and problem-solving.
• Experience with automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes and systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Oversee introduction of new products into manufacturing with scalability.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and root causes.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for engineering initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior manufacturing engineers and technicians.
