Placements24 is seeking a results-driven Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function in Queenstown, SA. You will develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth, engagement, and a positive culture, with a hybrid work arrangement.

You will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and legal compliance, building a high-performing team and ensuring alignment with labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience, with at least 2 in management.
• Experience in managing multiple HR functions and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS.
