Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• 6+ years HR experience with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Solid knowledge of South African labor law and employment equity.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office Suite.
• Experience in the manufacturing sector is an advantage.

Requirements
