Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years as HRBP or similar HR role.
• Proven experience in employee relations, performance management and talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of SA labour law and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
