Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior management to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support business goals.
• Provide expert guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and compensation and benefits.
• Develop and deliver HR programs and policies that enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Conduct HR data analysis to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
• Manage complex employee issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Facilitate organizational design and change management processes.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition to ensure the attraction and retention of top talent.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
• Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of training and development programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on HR Business Partnering.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labour law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in change management and organizational development.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., SABPP) are advantageous.
