Job summary

Placements24 seeks a Management Consultant focused on Human Capital in the Paarl area of the Western Cape. You will advise on talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning to align people strategies with business goals.

Lead change initiatives, develop strategic HR programs, and collaborate with client teams to deliver impactful transformations. A Master’s degree and at least five years of HC consulting experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HRM, Organizational Psychology, or Business.
• Minimum 5 years in human capital consulting or strategic HR roles.
• Proven expertise in talent acquisition, organizational development and change management.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' current human capital capabilities and identify strategic development areas.
• Advise on talent management programs including recruitment, performance, and succession planning.
• Support organizational structure, culture and change strategies to meet goals.
• Develop workforce planning models to meet future needs.
• Lead workshops and training on HR best practices and talent development.
