Qualifications

• HubSpot certifications advantageous.
• Strong lead generation and CRM management knowledge.
• Ability to design and optimise marketing automations.
• Experience with online forms and lead capture processes.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to automate marketing, client nurturing, and business development activities.
• Build, manage, and optimise automated marketing workflows within HubSpot, including lead nurturing and engagement campaigns.
• Monitor performance of marketing automation and recommend improvements based on ROI data.
• Act as the primary HubSpot contact for the Marketing team and manage CRM administration.
• Maintain CRM data quality, permissions, properties, lists, and dashboards.
• Support integration of HubSpot with website forms and other systems with external partners.
• Train internal stakeholders in effective HubSpot usage.
• Build and maintain website forms and lead capture pathways for various channels.
• Ensure leads are captured, tracked, and routed to appropriate teams.
• Produce regular reports covering lead generation, conversion rates, automation performance, CRM usage, and user adoption.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations.
• Ensure GDPR compliance in marketing automation and CRM processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HubSpot functionality and CRM best practices.
• Work with UK-based Marketing team to translate requirements into practical automation solutions.
