Qualifications

• Experience building HubSpot environments from the ground up.
• Based in Cape Town or within easy commuting distance for periodic in-person working.
• Full-time availability aligned to UK business hours.
• Excellent CRM data discipline and technical problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Personally build and configure HubSpot workflows, custom properties, deal pipelines, and overall CRM structures.
• Manage day-to-day CRM delivery for clients, ensuring system architecture and data hygiene.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships, acting as a knowledgeable technical contact.
• Translate client requirements into efficient CRM setups and automated processes.
• Collaborate with project management to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
