Our client is looking for a skilled HubSpot & CRM Specialist to take ownership of hands-on CRM delivery and build strong client relationships. Based in or near Cape Town, you will handle technical configuration and execution while collaborating closely with senior leadership on overall strategy. This full-time role operates remotely within UK business hours, with occasional in-person catch-ups and hot-desking sessions in Cape Town.

What you will do

• Personally build and configure HubSpot workflows, custom properties, deal pipelines, and overall CRM structures.
• Manage day-to-day CRM delivery for clients, ensuring exceptional system architecture and data hygiene.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships, serving as a knowledgeable technical point of contact.
• Translate commercial client requirements into efficient CRM setups and automated processes.
• Work alongside project management to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in building and configuring HubSpot environments from the ground up, not just using HubSpot as an end user.
• Strong client-facing business acumen and clear written and spoken communication skills.
• Based in Cape Town or within easy commuting distance for periodic in-person working.
• Full-time availability aligned to UK business hours.
• Excellent CRM data discipline and technical problem-solving ability.

Nice to have

• Relevant HubSpot certifications across Marketing, Sales, or Service Hubs.
• Previous experience working with UK or international clients.
• Familiarity with broader martech integrations and data migration projects.

What is on offer

• Salary of R40 000 - R45 000 per month, depending on experience.
