Qualifications

• National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1–2 years HR administration or coordination experience.
• Familiarity with SA labour law advantageous.
• Experience with HRIS and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the HR department in Upington, Northern Cape.
• Maintain employee records in the HRIS.
• Assist onboarding of new employees, including document collection and system updates.
• Support recruitment activities and coordinate interviews.
• Prepare HR reports and presentations for management.
• Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Assist in benefits administration and payroll processes.
