Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, or related quantitative field.
• Proven experience as HRIS Analyst or similar HR systems role.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS databases and reporting tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM).
• Proficiency in data analysis, report writing and data visualization.
• Understanding of HR processes and South African labor law is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the HRIS platform for data accuracy and system efficiency.
• Develop, run, and analyze HR reports for compensation, turnover, and headcount.
• Support HR process improvements by leveraging HRIS capabilities and identifying system enhancements.
• Manage system updates, testing, and implementation of new HRIS modules or features.
• Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities.
• Ensure data security and compliance with privacy regulations within the HRIS.
