Bell Equipment Group seeks an experienced HR Generalist to lead the HR administration, employee relations, and transformation initiatives. You will ensure compliance with Labour Legislation and company policies while driving recruitment, onboarding, and skills development programs.

• Must have knowledge of Labour Legislation, Employment Equity/Transformation and Collective Bargaining.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR generalist experience in a logistics or service environment preferred (BESSA).

Responsabilidades

• Establish strong relationships with CSC Managers to coach/provide support on organisational topics.
• Ensure compliance with labour legislation and HR policies by providing guidance and services to management and employees.
• Develop, implement and maintain compliant HR initiatives and systems.
• Report to management with HR metrics for decision-making.
• Drive transformation initiatives aligned to the Employment Equity Plan.
• Enable BBBEE integration and skills development initiatives to maximise ROI.
• Manage Employment Equity processes, forums and annual reporting.
• Oversee Skills Development and BBBEE reporting including WSP/ATR submissions.
• Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding and induction processes.
• Oversee the effective implementation of skills development programmes.
• Maintain accurate HR records (electronic and hard copy).
• Plan and drive organisational transformation and change management.
• Manage disciplinary and grievance matters with confidentiality and best practice.
