Job summary

Fidelity Services Group is seeking an HR Intern to support daily HR operations in Cape Town. You will update internal databases, assist with recruitment and onboarding, prepare reports, and help coordinate HR events and wellness initiatives.

You will work closely with the HR Manager and Transformation Executive, handling ad hoc projects, filing, and responding to HR queries. Strong MS Office skills, teamwork, and organizational abilities are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of N6 / Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team.
• Understanding of labor laws BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA, BBB-EE.

Responsibilities

• Update internal databases with new employee information and forms.
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
• Organise company events and careers days.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding for new hires.
• Cross-collaborate to enhance HR operations.
• Maintain an effective filing system and HR records.
• Assist with the BBB-EE audit process.
