Qualifications

• 4–6 years' experience in HR Operations or HR Systems environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes in Workday.
• Escalate complex HR Operations transactions and data issues.
• Maintain data integrity through audits, validations, and reconciliations.
• Prepare payroll inputs and resolve payroll-related queries.
• Ensure compliance with policies, employment legislation and SOX controls.
• Coordinate audit activities and provide governance documentation.
• Lead HR Operations projects and system enhancements.
• Identify operational risks and drive process improvements.
