Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job openings and screening applications.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and orientation.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases accurately.
• Assist with the administration of employee benefits and payroll processing.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Help organize and facilitate HR events and training sessions.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
