Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an HR Coordinator in Nelspruit to support onboarding, HR compliance, and general HR administration. The role operates on a hybrid model, with responsibilities spanning employee files, benefits, and policy administration.

The ideal candidate holds a National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HRM and 1–3 years of HR experience, with strong organizational and communication skills and knowledge of SA labor legislation.

Qualifications

• A National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in an HR administration, HR support, or HR coordination role.
• Familiarity with South African labor legislation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new employees with complete documentation.
• Maintain and file employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Audit HR processes for compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support HR policies and provide information to employees as needed.
• Coordinate HR-related training sessions and workshops.
• Assist with enrollment and changes in employee benefits programs.
• Generate HR reports and statistics for the HR team.
• Provide administrative support for recruitment activities and interview scheduling.
• Contribute to HR projects to improve processes and employee experience.
