• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HRM, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with HRIS software is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment processes: posting ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS.
• Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in benefits administration and payroll processes.
• Help organize HR training sessions and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports and presentations as required.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
• Provide administrative support to HR, including filing and documentation management.
