Placements24 in Kimberley is seeking an HR Officer focused on Recruitment to source, screen, and onboard top talent. You will partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and drive effective recruitment strategies in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires 2–4 years in HR with emphasis on recruitment, strong candidate sourcing across channels, knowledge of SA labour laws, and experience with HRIS/ATS.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR experience with emphasis on recruitment.
• Proven ability to source candidates through job boards, social media, networking.
• Solid understanding of South African labour laws related to employment.
• Proficiency with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Responsibilities
