Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive HR strategies and programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead the full talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing and recruitment to onboarding, ensuring the attraction of top talent to our remote teams.
• Manage employee relations, performance management systems, and disciplinary procedures, ensuring fairness and compliance.

• Ensure compliance with all South African labor laws and regulations, adapting policies for a remote work environment.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in progressive HR management roles, with substantial experience managing HR functions remotely or in a distributed team setting.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor law and employee relations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and HR analytics.

• Demonstrated experience in talent management, performance improvement, and organizational development.
