• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job adverts to background checks.
• Facilitate new employee orientation and manage exit processes.
• Process payroll and maintain personnel records.
• Support disciplinary hearings and manage employee relations.
• Assist line managers with performance evaluations.
• Provide monthly HR reports to management.
