The ideal candidate has 7–10 years HR experience, including 3–5 years in management, with strong knowledge of SA labour laws and experience in tech or multinational settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HRM, industrial psychology, or related field.
• 7–10 years HR experience with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in technology or multinational corporate sector.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and HR best practices.
• Strategic HR planning, talent management and organizational development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead HR strategies aligned with global objectives and local needs.
• Manage talent acquisition, performance, compensation, benefits and employee relations.
• Oversee workforce and succession planning, talent development programs.
• Handle complex employee relations and ensure labour law compliance.
• Drive engagement, foster an inclusive, productive culture.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational design and change.
• Analyze HR data to provide strategic insights.
• Manage HR budget and mentor the HR team.
