Placements24 in Randburg is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with business goals across designated departments. Hybrid work model and cross‑functional collaboration will be key as you support talent development and employee engagement.

You will advise leadership on performance, succession planning, change management, and compliance with South African labour law, building trusted relationships and delivering practical HR solutions that drive organisational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
• Proven experience supporting multiple business units or departments.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into HR initiatives.
• Provide guidance on talent management, performance management, and succession planning.
• Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Support the implementation of HR programs and policies within assigned departments.
• Facilitate change management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition to meet departmental recruitment needs.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support business decision‑making.
• Develop and deliver HR solutions that address specific business challenges.
• Act as a liaison between employees and management on HR‑related issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and services.
