You will work with senior leadership, oversee salary review cycles, health and retirement benefits, and ensure legal compliance. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in C&B, strong leadership, and proficiency with HRIS.

Formación

• 7+ years in Compensation and Benefits management.

About the Role

Our client in Pretoria is searching for an experienced HR Manager to lead their Compensation and Benefits function. This strategic role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure these programs align with the company's overall business strategy and financial goals, fostering a culture of reward and recognition. This is a key leadership position within the Human Resources department, offering significant impact and growth opportunities in the Gauteng region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and administer comprehensive compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and health/retirement benefits.
