MultiSEARCH Recruitment is seeking an HR Manager to lead an end-to-end HR Generalist function including payroll on Sage 300 in a unionised, workforce-intensive environment.

The role requires strong knowledge of South African labour legislation, adept stakeholder management, and the ability to build constructive relationships while remaining objective during negotiations with unions. Candidates with blue-collar experience will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• BCom (Human Resources) degree or equivalent.
• Experience in unionised environments and engaging with employee representatives.
• Payroll experience, ideally using Sage 300.

Responsabilités

• Full end-to-end HR Generalist function including payroll on Sage 300.
• Engage with unions and employee representatives on disciplinary matters, grievances, consultations and negotiations.
• Understand South African labour legislation and collective bargaining processes.
• Build constructive relationships while remaining firm and objective when required.
• Experience dealing with blue-collar/workforce-intensive environments would be advantageous.
