Humankind seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead the full HR function for its national operations. Based in Centurion, you will shape and implement HR strategy across divisions and sites.

You will oversee payroll (SAGE VIP / SAGE HR), payroll reconciliations and EMP501 submissions, along with EE reporting and labour-law compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong people skills and strategic insight.

Qualifications

• Completed HR Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years' experience at HR Manager level.
• Experience managing a workforce of approximately 150–200+ employees.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAGE VIP Payroll / SAGE HR.
• Proven experience with payroll reconciliations and EMP501 submissions.
• Strong practical knowledge of LRA, BCEA, EEA and relevant labour legislation.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the CFO on workforce planning, budgeting and people-related business objectives.
• Manage and maintain HR policies, procedures, employment contracts and the Employee Handbook.
• Take ownership of the SAGE HR / VIP Payroll environment, including payroll inputs, amendments, reconciliations and statutory requirements.
• Oversee EMP501, PAYE, UIF, COIDA and other relevant statutory submissions.
• Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary hearings, grievances, misconduct, incapacity and performance-related processes.
• Represent the organisation at the CCMA and other labour forums when required.
• Manage the company's Employment Equity Plan and annual EE reporting.
• Coordinate and submit WSP/ATR requirements in conjunction with the SETA.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and talent management across technical, professional and operational teams.
• Provide HR reporting, analytics and insights to support management decision-making.

Are you an experienced HR Manager ready to take ownership of a well-established, national HR function?

Our client is a growing telecommunications and infrastructure group operating across two specialised divisions: a leading Internet Service Provider (ISP) and a national Spare Parts Management operation supporting critical network infrastructure. With approximately 180 employees across South Africa, including a Head Office and technical laboratories in Centurion and warehouses across major regional centres, they are looking for a hands-on Group HR Manager to join their leadership team.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this is an opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take ownership of the full HR function within a mature organisation with established systems, policies and processes already in place.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full HR function across the group and provide strategic and operational HR guidance to management.

Minimum Requirements

• Completed HR Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years' experience at HR Manager level.
• Experience managing a workforce of approximately 150–200+ employees, preferably across multiple sites.
• Strong, hands-on experience with SAGE VIP Payroll / SAGE HR or a comparable payroll environment.
• Proven experience with payroll reconciliations and EMP501 submissions.
• Strong practical knowledge of LRA, BCEA, EEA and
