Job summary

Fusion Personnel in Gauteng is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to oversee end-to-end HR activities for our client base. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and development, training coordination, HR administration and payroll input.

You will ensure compliance with SA labour legislation, EE/Skills Development/BBBEE reporting, and maintain robust HR policies.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Generalist across multiple HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of SA labour legislation.
• Experience with EE, Skills Development and BBBEE.
• Payroll/HRIS experience advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidential, professional and solution-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• Manage performance management and employee development.
• Coordinate training, WSP and ATR.
• Maintain HR records and attendance tracking.
• Input payroll data and administer benefits.
• Ensure labour law and HR compliance.
• Report on Employment Equity, Skills Development, BBBEE and ESG.
• Handle CCMA matters and labour consultations.
• Oversee health and safety and employee wellness initiatives.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
