Key Responsibilities
HR Management & Compliance
Oversee full HR administrative function
Ensure adherence to BCEA and Labour Relations Act (LRA)
Manage employee and employer welfare
Handle industrial relations matters in consultation with 3rd party suppliers
Coordinate Employment Equity submissions to the Department of Labour
Prepare and submit Work Skills Plan (WSP) and ATR documentation
Prepare skills development documentation for TETA
BBBEE & Reporting
Coordinate and drive full BBBEE process
Manage relationships with approved 3rd party BBBEE vendors
Prepare HR reports for Regional and Head Office reporting requirements
Recruitment & Development
Manage full recruitment cycle including external checks prior to placement
Drive performance management processes
Coordinate employee development, training and coaching initiatives
Payroll
Responsible for full payroll function
Manage VIP Payroll system
Ensure accurate submissions to SARS and Department of Labour
Maintain payroll compliance and statutory reporting
Minimum Requirements
Matric
Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
