Job summary

The Cross-Border Road Transport Agency is offering a Human Resources Management internship to support HR functions across recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations. You will work closely with HR Specialists to ensure effective implementation of policies and procedures, assist in developing Work Skills Plans, coordinate HR reports, and help manage bursary administration within the Agency.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in Human resources management/ Industrial psychology/ Labour relations/ Organisational psychology

Responsibilities

• Assist with the recruitment process from the initial stage until the filling of the vacant position
• Provide support in the development of Work Skills Plans
• Assists with managing the administration of Employee Benefits
• Provide support in the administration of Bursary in the Agency
• Provide support to Employee Specialists to facilitate the implementation of Grievance and disciplinary procedures
• Coordinate Human Resource reports

Education
