Formación

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for various open positions.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and orientation.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as filing and data entry.
• Assist in organizing HR events and training sessions.
• Respond to basic employee queries under the guidance of HR staff.
• Help in preparing HR reports and presentations as needed for the team in Sandton.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality requirements.
