Placements24 is seeking a diligent Junior HR Assistant Apprentice to join our Randburg, Gauteng office. The role offers hands-on experience across recruitment support, onboarding, HR administration, and data management within a professional corporate setting.

You will work closely with the HR team, learning best practices while handling confidential documentation and supporting employee lifecycle processes. A structured apprenticeship provides growth into a career in Human Resources.

Qualificações

• A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• A keen interest in Human Resources and employee relations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies and screening applications.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR system.
• Assist with HR administration tasks, such as preparing employment letters and contracts.
• Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Help organize HR events and training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
