Responsibilities

• Coordination and administration of all employees (new, transfers, promotions).
• Drawing up employment contracts, transfer and promotion letters.
• Receiving and input of new employee details and master data changes onto the people system.
• Creating new employee files & ensuring all files are audit compliant.
• Manage the new joiner process for trainees from offer letter through joining instructions.
• Accurate and timeous filing of all relevant documentation.
• Assisting with all HR queries and recruitment tasks.
