Qualifications

• Matric plus a national diploma or degree in related field.
• Must be unemployed and between 18–30 years of age.
• Must be a South African citizen.
• Work from the office in Springs, Gauteng.

Responsibilities

• Draw up employment contracts, transfer and promotion letters.
• Input new employee details onto the HR system.
• Create new employee files and ensure audit compliance.
• Manage the new joiner process from offer to joining instructions.
• Accurate and timely filing of documentation.
• Assist with HR queries.
• Draft UIF documents.
• Work on the DEEL system.
• Assist HR with drafting job descriptions and CV screening.
• Schedule and conduct interviews; manage recruitment administration.
• Filing and administration; assist with HR monthly reports.
• Support labour relations and disciplinary processes.
• Understand BBBEE framework and conduct exit interviews.
