Job summary

Badger Holdings in Springs is seeking an HR Administrator to coordinate all employee records, contracts, and onboarding activities. You will manage master data changes, support the recruitment cycle from posting to interviews, and assist with Labour relations and BBBEE compliance.

The role requires accurate filing, timely documentation, and the ability to respond to HR queries. You will work on the DEEL system and contribute to monthly HR reporting in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration and coordinating recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with BBBEE requirements and EE compliance preferred.
• Comfort with HR data handling and master data changes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer employee records and master data.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and promotion letters.
• Assist with new joiner onboarding and joining instructions for trainees.
• Draft UIF and other HR documentation as required.
• Support recruitment: screen CVs, post ads, schedule interviews, and conduct interviews.
• Assist with HR monthly reporting and general admin tasks.
• Support Labour relations activities and exit processes.
